*~DO U KNOW ME?~* My sis is a HR in a Denmark company. Her company spend thousands of dollar researching and coming out with some quiz to help them choose their employees. So as a HR, my sis got the priviledge of gettin this quiz package and testing it out on me.Below will be the results my sis told me:
My inner self: Introvert, assertive, tend to ignore small details, objective>subjective, often worrying about stuffs, analystic What I tink others expect me to be: Cheerful, less authorative, worry less, be more sociable Resultant me: extrovert, very less authorative,high morale thus able to sustain the changes in me to suit what others expect me to be. Very true i tink. Actualli after doing the test, they will draw up 3 graphs to show how much you changed due to your environment(i.e. due to wat u tink ur frenz expect u to be). However, i m new to blog and yet to learn how i upload my pic! Wat an IT idiot i am~Dawn has agreed to show me when she is free.
Anw~from the graph, some of my changes r quite big.From being an introvert to an extrovert. The differences in the graph is huge. My sis told me i will b shocked to know that i m actualli an introvert. Haha~ i wasnt. See~even my sis tink tt or expect me to b an extrovert. I've did other online quiz before and the result is the same. My sis company spend thousands of money on this packages, so it shld have some reliability? I mean it may applied to most people and there will def b a few that the packages is unable to test accurately. Anw, my sis told me when they choose their employees, beside the normal looking at cert, experience thing...they also gotta do this test and the company will only be concerned about his/her inner self characteristics. Cuz your inner self doesnt change but your self concept(wat other expect u to b) and synthesis(the resultant you) can change when the environment and people around you changes.
Reallli a very accurate test i tink. In my office, where i tink people expect me to be working more, talking less, i really talk V little. My colleague said i m liek an introvert and they excalimed knowing tt i actualli do go ktv ar, go play pool ar~ Actualli i dun like myself tis way...i dun liek myself to suits everyone need till i m adapting very well to my own changes and yet feel miserable sometimes becuz of wat i naturally is.

DO U KNOW ME? *~Gals Outing~* Had a fun day ytd dining out with dawn, wendy and meiting:) Talk alot, gossip alot as usual:) Shop around too for clothes and shoes. But they were ssaying wait fer GSS. I m liek huh? So GSS refer to the Great singapore sale! Yup yup~~ if i m not wrong, it started on the 28th may!!! or was it 27th? Yep!!! Too bad i m working~~!! haiZZZz~~~~~:( By the time i reached any shopping malls, the good stuffs would have been taken~~~ so watz the pt yea?
*~PIGGYBACK~* On Wed, i saw a guy trying to piggyback his much heavier gf and cross the raod. He din manage to in the end, and the gal jus walked on her own, with her own legs. I tot she was injured...so she wasnt. -_-"""" And y would any guy try to piggy back his gf and cross the road??? (the road has no traffic light). And the gf is and lookmuch heavier den him! What if they fall and hurtthemselveS? Both dawn n I find it V weird to b piggyback-ed in broad day light and in the public. We gasped when our frenz all got piggyback-ed and dawn's colleagues too!!! hee~~ so we r the o-biang 1:P Well......i guessed we r jus too bored at work.....and a simple topic like piggyback does help to kill our boredom. We discussed and ask arnd if anyone got piggyback-ed~~keke:P

*~Dun buy jeans at bugis giordano~*
Dawn came across a v disgusting blog and intro to me. I shall not digress much abt wat he wrote. My conclusion is: i dun dare to try out jeans at giordano(bugis) animore. It jus remind me of wat he wrote. *shrug*
*~Mr B called~* Yesh~Mr B called on Wed nite, 11pm. Thou i was already very very sleepy, i decided to entertain him. The way he talked realli changed. Instead of alwayz waiting for me to tok and enertain him, he took the initiative to talk first whenever there is silence. I felt quite guilty den. So i chat with him for half an hour b4 i go to bathe and den off to slp. I mus say i realli appreciate his effort to change aft i tell him wat i dislike about talking to him. Well......as much as i wanted to slp.................i still decide to entertain him~ Not tt i dun treat him as agd frenz but......i realli wonder if he is not in army, will he still made all these calls? Ttz v cynical of me yea? Ya....i am a rather cynical person.
*~CHEESECAKE RECIPE~*
Yup! My colleague, HE made delicious cheesecake!! Ya~~ i mean HE!!! He is a married man alr~ I tink he is in his 40's ba:P But he will baked cheesecake and bring it to office for us~N his cheesecake is YUMMY!!! He gave me the recipe this morning upon my request. But i've got no oven at home:( Anyone offer to let me use their oven and we can bake it tgt!!!!:) Anyone? :P
