*~LONG TIME NO BLOG~* It has been a long long time since i last blog~~ Many things happened and now i don't where to start writing.
Lets turn back time and recap.
-National Day!- Yesterday was National Day but i don't feel that festive atmosphere. Spent my National day at hostel sleeping instead of the usual watching tv and fireworks with family. Woke up at 12 plus pm yesterday and Ben bought us breakfast~ got beancurd, egg tart, mos burger and sushi!!! Yummilicious! Then bs and i spend our time at ben's room watching Wo cai. Bs then fall asleep. Sam came into the room and he blow air into bs's ear, saying he wanna test if Bs is really asleep. But the scene was realli Ai Mei!! Haha. Scandalous:P
Yar. There are a lot of scandals in my hall. Seems like it is our favourite game to past time~haha~ I couldnt sleep soundly like Bs cause i simply cannot stand the humid weather. It was toooooo hot. I feel damn frustrated..tossing and turning....tossing and turning.....
Then before i knew it...it was already dinner time. Went down to canteen to eat "zhu zhao". Each person fork out $6+ but the food didn't really worth that price.
Went to the lounge to read my notes because it was Sooo much cooler there!! Then Ben and yibao came along. Yb brought fan to my room. Was shocked and well...it did stirred some commotion. I was shocked...surprised and scared at the same time. I find it weird when people are tooo nice to me. It makes me feel like i have owe that person soemthing and i gotta return the kindness somehow. Feel pressurized. I seriously hope the scandal wasnt real!!
Went to Ben's room to print notes and i attempt to act as Ben amd msn Bs. Haha. I thought my plan was brilliant.Haha. Actually, i knew i was quite obvious but well, i kept trying to make things sound more real. I failed. Ben already told Bs that it was my lousy trick and acted like he never expose my act infront of me! No wonder he was so calm when he knew i was msning Bs using his computer. So everyone knows it was a trick and i happily thought my plan was successful.:(
Went to bath then off i go to sleep. My National Day was spent just like that. Sigh. I wanted to go home to spend my National Day but the thought of that long mrt rides just turn me off=_=
-Dinner And Dance- Had my Dnd on the 6th of August. I wore a white dress which i bought at Bugis one day before the DnD. Well. The food was not bad, comparable to those i have went to and paid much more money. Did my own make up and i really like the eye shadow that Wanying brought. Some tables have their own theme and they dressed accordingly. There is one where everyone dressed the Victorian style, one where the girls are all in Kimono and even one where everyone is in their pyjamas! Haha. As for my table, we didnt really have a theme, everyone just dressed smartly. I would seriously want to try out the kimono. The seniors looked cute in it!
Oh. I forgot to tell you peple where we had the dnd. It was held at the Singapore Yacht club. My first time there. The highlights of the Dnd is of course Pageant and Hall idol competition. Pageant is just the normal cat walk, talent quest and qna session. The make up Bs wore that night really make her looks gorgeous. Anyway, the pageants had their cat walk then the Emcee got people up to play games. And well, i was being sabohtaged!! =_= I really didnt expect the seniors to call out my name loud and clear. Was made to do catwalk with yb and i felt TOTALLY weird.But it's all for the fun of it....or rather the fun of the seniors.-_-
Gary took part in the Hall idol and i would say he put the best performance among other contestants!! however, the Champ goes to Ginger in the end. And all of us seriously opposed the result! I mean it is so clearly that Gary did a much much better job than Ginger! Never mind. Gary will be the hall 3 idol in our heart!:)
Beisi was being crowned the hall queen!! Well, it may not be in our expectation but i was really glad for her. She may not b any hall queen material but she was a nice roomie afterall. I felt happy for her too! My roomie was the queen leh~~~ Added royalty to my room! haha. Waisiang was being crowned the Hall prince~~ Everyone was shocked because it was so clear that he was the most shuai of all guys and yet he never got the hall king title. The hall king really wasnt up to standard. I should say FAR from standard:P Okie... i know it's bad to criticise people like that but the standard this year was really bad for the guys. And it was soooo clearly that Waisiang looks much more shuai than that supposedly hall king. The whole table was shocked when waisiang was being awarded Mr bodilicious cause he really was skinny. haha. Our mouths were all wide opened when they announced Waisiang got Mr bodilicious. Nonetheless we were happy for him!
The Dnd ended with taking photos, photos and more photos. Hee. Our hall's "lee ming shun " looked alike even asked to take a pic with me. Feel flattered but well...heard that he was rather a shallow fellow. Impression level dropped to zero.
thanks Brendan for lending me his camera. I never expect him to lend his camera. I just try asking it and he really agreed much to my surprise. Thanks for trusting me bro! So nice of him! And i am glad i brought his camera back safely. Hee. took a lot of pics and i like everyone of it. The radiant smiles on everyone's face~ Nice!
After Dnd, we went Kbox. I ended up playing pool in the Ktv lounge. haha. Paid $23 for playing pool. Not a very good deal. Feel so xin tong after that. :(
*~ASP~* ASP stands for Accident and Sickness prone. Yar. I was given this nick name by my seniors. Ever since camp, i got headache, sprained my leg, fever, throat infection....blablabla.... and till now, I am still down with sore throat and occasionally blocked nose in the night. Arghhhhhhh....:( How suay can i get. This is the first time all the suay things happened to me at one go:(
Hope i get well soon then i can start eating all the yummilicious stuffs again!!! I want prata, Western food,......blablabla~ So much food i craving for.
i miss home. Miss my friends. Miss the old school days. Miss the good memories that i once had. But i gotta move on. Wonderful things awaiting for me at the other end. I believe! -Stress from tutorials and lectures. Chinese aint an easy subject at all and being placed with all the LEP and malaysian students made me stress. There is quite a big gap in standards lo. sigh. Jiayou Jiayou!-
