Had my CAC interview yesterday. Lost my voice and i gotta write my answers on a piece of paper. The interviewers were patient enough to wait for me to finish writing. However, it was quite stressful to write my answers when all are staring at me. The 2 questions were quite hard i think. 1st question: if a very wulu artist come down to give an arts exhibition, how can you get people to join? 2nd question: If an artist inform you that he/she cannot come down for the performance or exhibition 2 days before the thing starts, and you have already informed the masses about this event, what would you do?
Heard they asked Corah 7 questions~! Dunno is it a good thing that i lost my voice. Haha. But i think talking is still a better way to bring points across.....
Nevertheless.............I GOT IN~!:) Happy. I hope i would really like this "job". I know i like cultural events and stuffs..... but to help organise it.... i hope i can give the same amount of passion and interest.
Anyway, Beisi got approached by gl to be in JCRC. Had a talk with her yesterday night and she seems really interested to run for JCRC. However, the posts left are publication sect and cultural sect~ Heard from her that the cultural sect most prob will be run like "lee ming shun" look alike hence she wasnt sure if she wants to be in the cultural sec too. She said she doesnt have good impression of him. And seems like others too~~~ And i agree with her that the people you worked with plays a big part. She may want to go for pub sect instead~ however, i think her interest and talent is in sports rather than publication sect and cultural sect. Joining JCRC has its pros and cons~ a full 80 points but there is alot to give.......and to go through it needs alot of passion~
To our surprise, she decided not to in the end. She wanted to join sports subcom instead, gained the experience and then run for jcrc sports sect next year. I think it is not a bad decision since she really loves sports. And ya, gu mu pai will have more time together too~! haha:)
*~DINNER~* Had dinner with sam and xz~ cuz beisi went home early to eat dinner... *stoopid roomie!*~haha:P When i told xz i got into cac...he replied"too bad can only choose 1 between you and corah..". Weird reply.... Seems like there is alot of "behind the scenes" stuffs~ But whatever it is~ i have got in and i think i will like the job because it is related to performances! But also sad that corah won't be able to accompany me........... :( The only person i know who got in is melvin.....and he is senior....i don't really know him well too~~But ok la~ he seems like a nice person so not so bad~ Alvin told bs and me that room allocation also has alot of "behind the scenes" stuffs. hmm.... Had jap food for dinner again~~! Friday is Jap food day~ However~ the jap food at JP food court wasnt nice~ and definitely NOT worth the $~ When i recover~~ Friday will be Thai food day~! kekez:P
Anyway, thanks XZ for helping me to bring some of my groceries back to hall~! haha~ If not got to bring here and there~~quite a chore~~-_-"" *~CONFUSED~* I got email from the welfare services club. My name is on the selected volunteers list. However, the hp no, email add, matric no. are all wrong. Meaning there is another Tan Boon Kian in Chinese??!!! Haha. If thats so, it will be a big surprise:P Haha. Beisi said she thinks its me....because she don't think there will be any girl by the name of Tan Boon Kian other than me~!! *stoopid roomie!*haha~!But i agree with her~~ Sigh~ haha.

I heard next week will be CCAs auditions~! But how i am i suppose to go when i have no voice at all~~ And to recover fully by next week....it's a dream~i hope it materialises la~
